Terms and Conditions

Participation in and use of the Business to Business Referral program (“The Program”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms.”) The Program pertains specifically to current Champion Energy™ customers (“Participant(s)”) referring other business customers (“Customer(s)”) in Great Britain.

Participants in the Business to Business Referral

Program Participants in the Business to Business Referral Program must be in good standing to be eligible to participate in the Program. To be considered in good standing, the Participant must have an active business account with Champion Energy™, make consecutive in-full and on-time bill payments.

Champion Energy™ reserves the right to terminate a Participants participation in the Program or cancel the Program at any time for any reason or no reason, to the extent permitted by law, upon written notice to Participants. Any written notices required or permitted to be given by Champion Energy™ hereunder may be delivered by email.

By participating in the Program, you consent to delivery of all Program-related notices and information by email to the email address you have on file for your Champion Energy™ account and acknowledge that you have the necessary equipment (hardware and software) to receive and read such emails.

Participants are limited to four referrals per calendar year.

Qualified Referrals and Rewards

For purposes of the Program, a qualified referral must be a new Champion Energy™ customer. New customer is defined as someone that is neither:

  1. a current or pending Champion Energy™ customer or
  2. a person who was a Champion Energy™ customer within 90 days prior to the date of the new enrollment.

In addition, a qualified referral must satisfy all Champion Energy™ enrollment requirements including;

  1. enroll with Champion Energy™ and provide the Referral ID when enrolling over the phone
  2. remain a Champion Energy™ customer in good standing for at least 90 consecutive days and make three consecutive, on-time bill payments to Champion Energy™.
